A very warm welcome to Ysgol Cerrigydrudion ‘s official website. It’s my pleasure and privilege to introduce this website to you in the hope that you will get a taste of what's on offer at Ysgol Cerrigydrudion. Ysgol Cerrigydrudion is a Welsh-medium school serving the rural area of Uwchaled offering a Welsh education and ethos. We are a close-knit school and we offer a warm welcome to all individuals. We offer a safe and inspiring atmosphere offering the highest standards of learning and teaching. Our vision for Ysgol Cerrigydrudion is to develop our children: • to achieve their best; • to be independent lifelong learners; • to be aware and proud of their Welshness and community. • to nurture their talents • to be happy and healthy. Our aim is to provide your child with a happy experience at the start of their educational journey to ensure that every child is a confident individual when leaving Ysgol Cerrigydrudion; is self-assured and shows respect and concern for others; and the ability to create and maintain relationships with adults and children whatever their background.
